This policy explains what we collect when you ask to speak to a financial
\nadviser through this website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us
\nto do about it.<\/p>\n

This website is operated by Wedding Venue Crashers, Inc<\/strong>, doing business as
\nGet Going in Business<\/strong> (“we”, “us”). We are
\nnot<\/strong> an investment adviser and we do not give financial, investment,
\ntax or legal advice. We introduce people to independent advisers. Any
\nadvice you receive comes from the adviser you meet, not from us.<\/p>\n

What you give us<\/h2>\n

When you complete the form, you give us: your name<\/strong>, email
\naddress<\/strong>, phone number<\/strong>, the state you live in<\/strong>, an age range<\/strong>,
\na range for the investable assets<\/strong> you told us about, what you are
\nhoping to get out of a conversation<\/strong>, when you would prefer to
\nmeet<\/strong>, and the answers to a short number of questions about your
\npriorities, timing and how you are approaching choosing an adviser<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The asset and age figures are ranges you select<\/strong>, not exact values. We
\ndo not ask for, and do not want, your account numbers, your Social
\nSecurity number, or any account credentials. Never send those to us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What we collect automatically<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Your IP address<\/strong>, and the date and time<\/strong> you submitted the form.<\/li>\n
  • Which advertisement, campaign and page<\/strong> brought you here, including
    \n tracking parameters in the link you followed.<\/li>\n
  • Standard web analytics<\/strong> \u2014 pages visited, approximate location,
    \n device and browser \u2014 through Google Analytics, described below.<\/li>\n
  • Whether you opened or clicked<\/strong> the emails we send you about your
    \n meeting. See “A note about email tracking” below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Analytics and advertising<\/h2>\n

    Two third-party technologies run on this site, and they are the only two.
    \nMeasured on both live sites on 4 October 2026 \u2014 the only external
    \nservices any page loads are Google’s and Meta’s.<\/p>\n

    Google Analytics.<\/strong> We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people
    \nreach the site, which pages they look at and where they leave. It uses
    \ncookies and records technical information such as your approximate
    \nlocation, device and browser. We use it to understand traffic, not to
    \nidentify you.<\/p>\n

    The Meta pixel.<\/strong> We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site
    \ncontains a Meta pixel<\/strong>. It tells Meta that a visit, a form submission
    \nor a booking happened, so we can tell which advertisements work and stop
    \npaying for ones that do not.<\/p>\n

    The pixel reports to Meta that a page was viewed, a form was submitted or
    \na booking was made, together with the technical information Meta collects
    \nwhen it loads. It is not configured to send Meta your name, email
    \naddress or phone number<\/strong> \u2014 measured on both live sites on 4 October
    \n2026: the pixel is initialised with no customer data attached.<\/p>\n

    Meta’s own handling of this data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy,
    \nnot ours. You can limit it in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings,
    \nand most browsers offer tracking protection that blocks pixels entirely.<\/p>\n

    We look up publicly available professional background about you<\/h2>\n

    Please read this part.<\/strong> When you submit the form, we send your email
    \naddress and name to People Data Labs<\/strong>, a business-data provider, and
    \nask what professional background is on file. If they have a record, we
    \nmay receive your job title, employer, industry, approximate years of
    \nexperience, general location, education, previous roles and links to
    \npublic professional or social profiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    You did not tell us any of this.<\/strong> We ask for it so the adviser you
    \nmeet arrives with some context instead of a blank page. It is a
    \nthird-party guess keyed to an email address, it is not<\/strong> verified by
    \nus, and it is never used to decide whether you qualify for a meeting.<\/p>\n

    What we deliberately refuse to keep<\/strong>, every time, even when it is
    \noffered to us:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • any email address or phone number other than the ones you gave us<\/li>\n
    • your date of birth or birth year<\/li>\n
    • your street address or postal code<\/li>\n
    • your gender<\/li>\n
    • inferred skills or interests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If you would rather we did not do this at all, email us at
      \nservice@getgoinginbusiness.com<\/strong> and we will delete what we received and note that
      \nyour record is not to be enriched. You can ask before or after your
      \nmeeting.<\/p>\n

      Who we share your information with<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • The adviser we introduce you to.<\/strong> This is the purpose of the form.
        \n They receive your name, contact details, state, the ranges you gave,
        \n and what you wrote about what you are looking for \u2014 together with the
        \n professional background described above, clearly labelled as looked up
        \n rather than told to us. We introduce you to one adviser<\/strong>, not to a
        \n list, and we do not circulate your details to advisers you have not
        \n been matched with.<\/li>\n
      • Calendly<\/strong>, which runs the scheduling page you use to pick a time.<\/li>\n
      • Resend<\/strong>, which delivers our email.<\/li>\n
      • People Data Labs<\/strong>, as described above.<\/li>\n
      • Google<\/strong>, which operates the analytics described above.<\/li>\n
      • Meta<\/strong>, as described above.<\/li>\n
      • Anyone we are legally required to tell<\/strong>, and only then.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We do not<\/strong> sell your information to data brokers, list builders, lead
        \naggregators, or anyone who will market unrelated products to you. The
        \nadviser pays us for the introduction; that is how this is funded, and it
        \nis the only money that changes hands over your enquiry.<\/p>\n

        How long we keep it<\/h2>\n

        We keep your enquiry and the record of your meeting for as long as we
        \nneed it to run and account for the introduction, and to resolve any
        \ndispute about it. Advisers have ten business days after a meeting to
        \ndispute a charge, so records have to outlive that window. After that we
        \nkeep them only as long as our tax and accounting obligations require.<\/p>\n

        Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are
        \nrequired to keep a record of a transaction that already happened.<\/p>\n

        Email, and how to stop it<\/h2>\n

        There are two different kinds, and they are worth separating because your
        \nchoices about them are different.<\/p>\n

        Follow-ups about booking.<\/strong> If you ask for a meeting and do not pick a
        \ntime, we send up to three emails<\/strong> encouraging you to, and then stop.
        \nThese are promotional. Every one carries a one-click unsubscribe
        \nlink<\/strong> that works immediately, needs no reply and no login.<\/p>\n

        Messages about a meeting you have booked.<\/strong> If you book, we send a
        \nreminder the day before and about an hour before<\/strong>, so you are not
        \ncaught out by a meeting you asked for.<\/p>\n

        What the unsubscribe link does today:<\/strong> it stops both<\/strong> kinds. That
        \nis more than we are required to do, and we would rather honour “stop
        \nemailing me” as written than decide on your behalf which of our emails
        \nyou secretly wanted. The consequence is that if you unsubscribe after
        \nbooking, we will not remind you about your meeting<\/strong> \u2014 the time is in
        \nthe calendar invitation you already received, and the adviser still has
        \nit.<\/p>\n

        You can also email service@getgoinginbusiness.com<\/strong> at any point, including to ask
        \nfor reminders back.<\/p>\n

        A note about email tracking<\/h2>\n

        We can see whether our emails were delivered, and whether they registered
        \nas opened or clicked. We are honest about what that is worth: an “open”
        \nis a tiny invisible image loading, some email apps load it automatically
        \nbefore you see anything, and others block it entirely even when you read
        \nthe message. We do not treat it as evidence of anything about you<\/strong>,
        \nand it plays no part in whether you get a meeting or what an adviser is
        \ntold about you.<\/p>\n

        Text messages<\/h2>\n

        If you give us your phone number and agree to it, the adviser or we may
        \ncontact you by text<\/strong> about your meeting. Reply STOP<\/strong> to any text to
        \nend it. Standard message rates apply.<\/p>\n

        Your rights<\/h2>\n

        Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know<\/strong> what we
        \nhold about you, get a copy<\/strong>, have it corrected<\/strong>, have it
        \ndeleted<\/strong>, and tell us not to sell or share<\/strong> it. California,
        \nColorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and a growing number of
        \nother states grant some or all of these, and we honour them wherever you
        \nlive rather than checking your address first.<\/p>\n

        Email service@getgoinginbusiness.com<\/strong>. We will not charge you, we will not make you
        \ncreate an account, and we will not treat you worse for asking.<\/p>\n

        Children<\/h2>\n

        This service is for adults making decisions about their own retirement
        \nsavings. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.<\/p>\n

        Security<\/h2>\n

        We hold your information in access-controlled systems and transmit it
        \nover encrypted connections. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend
        \notherwise \u2014 but we reduce the risk by not collecting<\/strong> account numbers,
        \ngovernment identifiers or credentials in the first place, and by
        \ndiscarding the sensitive fields listed above even when a data provider
        \nhands them to us.<\/p>\n

        Changes<\/h2>\n

        If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change
        \nthe date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your email
        \naddress, we will tell you.<\/p>\n
